Now Satech offer a safety system with a micro switch operating directly on the

hinges of swing doors.
This system is very easy to mount, very sensitive and safe and is installed in a position protected from damage from accidental impacts.

To accommodate high horizontal dynamic loads due to large doors or the haracteristics

of the guard layout,Basic and Strong series posts can be stiffened by support struts to assure stability.

The cable duct support allows the fixing of the cable duct direct to the upright (Basic or

Strong) without special brackets.
The system offers:
- Fast fitting to the upright.
- Fixing of standard brackets that are supplied with the cable duct.

In order to take samples on-line for a process statistical control, Satech design and produce

built-in openings in standard panels allowing a simple and totally safe operation.
Design is based on Satech’s proven standard systems assuring safety and easy operation.

Satech have designed and produced a universal system of universal mounting brackets

for safety micro switches allowing easy and fast assembly of all the most common safety micro switches on all standard doors.
This avoids the expensive provision of special brackets for switches from different manufacturers.

The specially shaped kick plate is extremely fast to assemble to each of Satech’s modular

guarding systems.
The robust design prevents the egress (or ingress) of potentially hazardous materials through the gap between panel and floor.
