Order Management and Delivery Times
Carriers
The last shipments to destinations within Europe will take place on December 18; service will resume on January 7, 2025.
For Italy, the last shipments will occur on:
- December 13 for destination in the South;
- December 18 for the rest of Italy.
In both cases, service will resume regularly on January 3, 2025.
Componentry
Delivery times for orders containing non-stock components may experience delays depending on supplier closures.
For shipments scheduled before the end of the year, orders must be received by:
- November 13 for Automatic Doors;
- December 3 for Custom Guard Posts.
Please keep in mind that precise information on timelines will only be available after the order is placed.
Services will fully resume on January 7, 2025.
Galvanizing, SISTEMA TRIPLEX® Finishing and Painting
The galvanizing and TRIPLEX® plants will be closed for maintenance for two weeks. For orders to be fulfilled before our closure, here are the respective deadlines:
- November 20 for SISTEMA TRIPLEX® finishes;
- November 28 for galvanizing finishes;
- December 2 for custom colors.
