New Perspectives: from AI to Macroeconomic Scenarios
The Sales Conference 2024 opened with contributions of great value offered by the 24Ore Business School. Sandro Parisi, CEO of Eudata, held a workshop that retraced the history of Artificial Intelligence, then showing concrete applications of AI in corporate business. Fabio Papa, Professor of Business Management, provided an analysis of the current macroeconomic scenarios, highlighting the market dynamics, currently marked by uncertainty and volatility. Through concrete examples, useful strategies were illustrated to deal with changing economic contexts.
Empowering Sales Strategies with AI
During the day, an assessment of the Strategic Contents completed in 2024 was presented and the 2025 Marketing plan was introduced. One of the central topics of the day was how to improve sales performance with AI. During a dedicated workshop, the features of the "SMA - Strategic Marketing Assistant", a chatbot based on Artificial Intelligence ("Chatbot AI") and customized for Satech, were illustrated. Initially created to support the activities of our Marketing Team, this AI applied to the sales sector will help simplify the routine activities of the Sales Force, ensuring consistency in the communication of Brand Values.
Coordinating Our Voice - Hands-On Workshops
Another key moment of the day was the "Train Your Sales Rep" workshop. In an interactive simulation, participants had the opportunity to put themselves in the shoes of a Tutor who supported a young salesperson during the meeting with a potential customer. An activity that involved participants in a virtuous exchange of individual experiences, strengthening the collective voice of our Sales Force. In a second session, participants then had the opportunity to share their ideas and formulate proposals on potential business opportunities. Listening to the "voice of the market" directly from those who live it every day is a determining factor for the development of Tailor-Made Solutions for our client companies.

In the afternoon, the new products of the 2024 Catalog were introduced along with a preview of the projects that will be completed in 2025.
