To avoid any potential contamination, BlueGuard components are all made of high-quality, passivated AISI 304L Stainless Steel. Fastenings come with food contact approved DOMAMID® 6G30FC inserts.
Tested for high-pressure washing
BlueGuard is designed to be durable and to withstand accidental impacts, aggressive environments and frequent high-pressure washing.
Tested on 2000 wash cycles
BlueGuard Hygienic Fencing has been subjected to strict endurance tests for more than 2000 wash cycles (6 years of use) with the following ECOLAB® detergents: TOPAZ AC5, P3-TOPAX 990, TOPACTIVE DES, P3-TOPAX 66, TOPAZ HD3, TOPAZ MD3.
Safe and resistant
The frameless, AISI 304L Stainless Steel panel in 4 mm wire is strenghtened by reinforcing ribs to absorb any impact dynamically. The panel is connected to the U-shaped posts by sturdy captive retained fastenings in accordance with the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive.
Simple and ergonomical
A single type of post for linear, angular and door assembly reduces BlueGuard's installation time, while its wide ribs ease the use of electric tools.
Adaptable on-site
The lack of a frame allows to adapt and fit the size of BlueGuard panels directly on-site.
Developed in collaboration with EHEDG
BlueGuard was born from the collaboration with EHEDG (the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group) and complies with the high hygienic standards required in the Agro-food, Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries (EN 1672-2, EN ISO 14159).

Access to Stainless Steel perimeters is provided by hinged and sliding doors, with single or double opening. BlueGuard doors and accessories are designed and manufactured in accordance with Hygienic Design guidelines.
Hinged Door
For man passage
Simple door for man passage featuring hinges, framed panel with flat welded mesh (4 and 6 mm wire), 20×30 mm upper crossbar and magnet lock.
Sliding Door
Upper Guide
Sliding door with an open upper guide. Features framed panel door leaves with flat welded mesh (4 and 6 mm wire), 20×30 mm upper guide and magnet lock.
Variable angle
BlueGuard’s universal post allows linear (180°) and angular (90°) panel assembly. The variable angle kit is an accessory to join panels at an angle between 20° and 70°.
Post support strut
The post support strut helps reinforcing posts subjected to significant horizontal dynamic loads as well as reinforcing posts placed in critical layout positions.
Safety Switch Brackets
Stainless Steel brackets to support Safety Switches. Models compatible with products from leading manufacturers as well as custom brackets designed upon request.
