FastGuard Perimeter Safety Fence

From October 1st 2021, the Satech Perimeter Fences GreenFast line changes its name to FastGuard. A new name to remark the Speed of Assembly of our Perimeter Fencing System with no posts which we have recently renovated and optimized. A Solution which has no competitor in the whole market.
Lightweight, quick and regulation compliant
Your machinery cannot be started unless protected by regulation-compliant Safety devices and/or Perimeter Fences, designed according to Standards (such as EN ISO 14120). In case of large perimeters – especially when featuring long straight sections – the Machine Guards assembly time can contribute to delay machinery testing and starting.
FastGuard is a simple, quick, yet safe Safety Fence Solution to protect workers from the risks associated with automated machinery. Designed according to EN ISO 14120 Standards, it features the “classic” Satech anti-climb framed mesh panel and a special self-supporting baseplate with locking forks instead of uprights. The Solution is available in two frames sizes, 30 mm (FastGuard 30) or 20 mm (FastGuard 20). An upper connection between the panels gives additional stability to the structure.
FastGuard is available in four heights: 1640, 2040, 2220 and 2620 mm. Depending on the protection height, the upper connection is provided either by an elastic shaped joint or by nuts and bolts. Both lower and upper fasteners feature a captive system, according to Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC).

Assembling FastGuard is incredibly easy. All you have to do is:
• place the multi-function baseplates on the ground;
• insert the panel from above;
• tighten the captive built-in fasteners.

Satech Industrial Safety Fences: designed to save you space
Optimizing the spaces in the production area is extremely important. The Perimeter Barriers must be positioned at a distance from the machinery that prevents any risk of contact between the operators and the machine itself (EN ISO 13857 Standard). Like all Satech Perimeter Fences with frame, FastGuard can be installed just 120 mm from the hazardous area, allowing you to save precious space.
